Hossaini Welfare Association is an Islamic, Social and charitable organization created by the SHIA community of Old Dhaka and established in the year 1964.
Hossaini Welfare Association assistance to the deprived people who are in distressed, poverty and underprivileged. It helps people who have lack of basic necessities of life. It also facilitates access to healthcare, medication and surgery for people who are unable to afford it
Hossaini Welfare Association operates “Madrasa-e-Abbasia” to ensure proper Islamic Education for children coming from different social classes. Hossaini Welfare Association also ensures academic education for advancement for the children of insolvent families by paying their both School and Tuition Fees.
Along with these, Hossaini Welfare Association accomplishes all religious rituals for the believers like Majalis, Mahfil, Aamaal, Iftar & Sehr etc.
Moreover, Hossaini Welfare Association supports in construction work of Masjid and Imambargah. It offers volunteering services to Hossaini Dalan Imambara during the Month of Muharram.
In general Hossaini Welfare Association has a great record in ritual programs since its inception.
